Q: I dont have a digital photograph, just an old photo, can I still use your service?

Yes, you can, if you own a scanner, you can scan the photo and send it to us via email. If don't own a scanner, you can post the photo to us, our address is:

Don't forget to place the photo between two bits of card; to protect the photo. And included a stamped address envelope, so we can return the original photo to you. Also include your email address, and what you want doing to the photo.

Q: How do I send you my photo(s)?

Digital photos can be sent via email, to do this, compose a new message, addressing it to caroline@magic-retouch.co.uk and use the attach button (paper clip) to add you photo(s). In the message state what option you require, and also give information on the possible changes you want to be made.

Q: I am having 8 photos retouched, will I still only get one free photo?

No, you will get a free photo for every image you have retouched, so for example if you have 8 photos being retouched, you will receive 8 free photos.

Q: I am not sure what Option to chose

Send the photo(s) to us anyway, and describe what you would like to be done. The work will be carried out and a sample will be emailed to you, if you are happy with this you can pay via the paypal link on the home page, and the final image will be sent to you.

Q: I have a number of photos that I want retouched and they are too large to send via email, what can I do?

Photos can also be sent through an online photo sharing website, click here to find out more about this option.You can also load your photos onto a CD (Compact Disk) and send them to us, at the address listed at the top of this page. Don't forget to included a stamped address envelope, so we can return the CD to you. Also include your email address, and what you want doing to the photo.

Q: The final image isn't quite what I expected

You can email us. With further instructions on how you want your image to look, there will be no need to re-send the photo. Once further work is completed a sample will be emailed to you, and if you are happy with this you can pay via the paypal link on the home page. You will only be charged for the final image.
